Bahan api merupakan kos operasi kedua terbesar dalam kereta api, selepas kos buruh. Program ini mengaplikasikan pemodelan AI kepada data minyak pelincir makmal dan mengumpulkannya \u201ckepada padanan terhadap identiti kegagalan yang diketahui, bukan sekadar ambang had atas dan bawah,\u201d menurut Presiden 4Atmos Mike Jensen. \u201cBendalir adalah perakam data molekul yang menunggu untuk menceritakan kisah mereka.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program Oil Velocity Solutions menganalisis tidak kurang daripada tujuh mod kegagalan minyak pelincir yang berkaitan dengan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Kebocoran\/Kelikatakan Bahan Api.<br>\u2022 Tekanan Berlebihan pada Kruk as.<br>\u2022 Rengking Ekzos\/Turbocharger.<br>\u2022 Pencemaran\/Pencairan Bendalir Penyejuk.<br>\u2022 Haus galas motor tarikan.<br>Logam Aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah berjaya dalam ujian perintis selama enam bulan, MBTA membuat kontrak dengan 4Atmos untuk memantau semua lokomotifnya dalam pengeluaran penuh. \u201cKami telah membantu menetapkan rekod di MBTA untuk apa yang kami panggil tangkapan dan penjimatan yang baik,\u201d kata Jensen. \u201cKami telah menyaksikan pulangan pelaburan (ROI) yang pantas, mengurangkan kelewatan kereta api, mengurangkan kos penyelenggaraan lokomotif dan meningkatkan kebolehpercayaan, sambil purata tempoh ramalan kegagalan selama 30 hari.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sejak 2018, MBTA telah beralih daripada pensampelan minyak 45 kepada 10 hari yang merangkumi analisis minyak\/cecair ramalan; Makmal Minyak yang dikendalikan oleh kakitangan MBTA di lokasi; kedudukan \u201cberisiko\u201d armada lokomotif; syor preskripsi untuk pemeriksaan dan pembaikan; dan pemantauan waranti overhaul. Program ini menampilkan penyelesaian pelaporan berasaskan web dan mudah alih yang menyediakan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Pembelajaran Mesin (ML) lanjutan dengan AI.<br>\u2022 Pemadanan pemindahan armada untuk aset berisiko.<br>\u2022 Tinjauan 360 darjah kesihatan lokomotif.<br>\u2022 Naratif preskriptif untuk pemeriksaan dan pembaikan sasaran.<br>\u2022 Integrasi dengan sistem pengurusan aset.<br>Perbandingan dengan \u2019Library of Failures\u201c 4Atmos dan pangkalan data sampel minyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perbincangan mingguan \u201cOil Calls\u201d menangani lokomotif warisan yang berisiko, serta unit (seperti baik pulih) dengan waranti, dan ulasan kad skor makmal harian. Koordinasi berlaku merentasi pelbagai jabatan MBTA dan melibatkan vendor serta perunding. Aspek yang paling berharga bagi program ini dan pendekatan \u201cselami mendalamnya\u201d, kata Jensen, ialah \u201ckeupayaan untuk membuat keputusan berasaskan bukti.\u201d Keputusan tersebut adalah \u201cpreskriptif dan proaktif, bukan reaktif.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4Atmos telah melaksanakan program analitik minyak yang serupa di CSX, yang setakat ini telah mencatatkan lebih daripada 1,000 \u201cpenemuan yang baik.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kaunter Penjimatan Bahan Api CSX<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Di pusat NetOps CSX di Jacksonville, Fla., terdapat Meja Penjimatan Bahan Api&nbsp;<em><\/em>yang beroperasi 24 jam sehari, 7 hari seminggu. Disokong oleh pelbagai vendor, antaranya&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240530064116\/https:\/\/www2.wi-tronix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wi-Tronix LCC<\/a>, dan menggunakan teknologi yang dibangunkan sendiri, Kaunter Penggunaan Bahan Api memantau semua lokomotif penghantaran jarak jauh CSX yang aktif dalam masa nyata. Dikerjakan oleh seorang, ia adalah idea asal Pengarah Strategi dan Penggunaan Bahan Api Corey Davis, seorang veteran CSX selama 24 tahun dan penerima&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240530064116\/https:\/\/www.aar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AAR<\/a>\u2019Anugerah Kecemerlangan Alam Sekitar John H. Chafee 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davis telah mengawasi usaha yang mengakibatkan CSX mengurangkan penggunaan bahan api sebanyak lebih daripada 8%\u2014kira-kira 32 juta gelen\u2014antara 2012 dan 2018, dan mengurangkan pelepasan karbon dioksida sebanyak 332,000 tan dalam masa setahun sahaja.
